Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders placed from a Family Island qualify for FREE delivery to Potter's Cay Dock. Orders placed from Nassau (New Providence) will be In-store pickup only.
Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be returned with the original receipt, in the original box and must be in the same condition when sold. There are no returns on electrical items, chemicals or items that are sold by the foot such as wire or hose.
There is a 30 day warranty on all starters, alternators and water pumps.
Parts must be returned in the original packaging and must be clean, complete, unused and accompanied by the original invoice. We will not return any items that have been installed. There will be no returns or exchanges on purchases after 30 days. There are no returns or exchanges on electrical items. Prices are subject to change without notice. The liability of Whim Automotive Ltd is limited to the price of the item purchased.
